"I called Polo Garcia's office and spoke to Grisel. Though I was working with a different agent and another office she was very intentional on helping me get the information I needed. Right now we are moving and it is very stressful and people are being tight-lipped about when things are happening, but she found out some information that gave us peace of mind. "I want to share my experience with State Farm and emphasize that people should not be swayed by ads promoting $39.00 a month for insurance. It's unheard of to pay such a low amount and expect the best coverage possible! This is coming from someone who just experienced an incident where the person who hit my car had the cheapest, never-heard-of car insurance. She barely had enough coverage for my car, and the rest is history—a clear mistake on her part for purchasing that cheap insurance. As for me, I've been covered by State Farm for a little over 17 years, and I can honestly say they have had my back in many situations. remember you get what you pay for, and I could not be more thankful. What I just experienced, I could not have done it without Claudia Santiago. She has been a real gem, not only caring about how I made it through this incident but also being incredibly helpful with my insurance needs and much more. If you ever find yourself in a desperate situation like I did, you'll want someone who can promptly respond to your urgent insurance needs. Contact Polo Garica's team and for immediate assistance, ask for Claudia Santiago. She's an outstanding agent who deserves recognition from both the company and anyone who is fortunate enough to receive her help. I'm truly grateful for what this company has done for me.
