"Update: The agent who I was attempting to work with at Polo Garcia’s request actually refused to answer why my premium rate suddenly changed to something much different than what he communicated based on having left a poor review. Wow, their poor attitudes and complete lack of professionalism is frankly astounding. I have mistakenly given my money to these cons for nearly a decade and was being overcharged for about a year. When I contacted them to address the matter it was nothing short of a terrible and nasty experience. They should be flagged by the Texas Dept of Insurance. They are predatory and have poor work ethics. Seems like they only concerned about new business and have no respect for established clients. I even called another agent closer to me to transfer after having such poor experiences with Polo Garcias agents, but decided to give them another shot after Polo had to apologize and ask me to continue business with them. I should have just transferred. The experiences I had with every one of his agents was confusing, disappointing and unprofessional. If you want primarily Spanish speakers who carry a chip on their shoulders because they have to work and provide customer service and who will make things more difficult than they should be with snide attitudes and extremely poor communication, they are the team for you."
