"If I could give 0 stars I could. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful is what I want to preface this review with. I have been a long term client of this agency for 10+ years. I have multiple vehicles on my policy for that time (4+). I get a call from the agency to review my policy because they are "moving to a new system" and come to find out I am wholly underinsured for the past 13+ years. The only reason this was caught is because they wanted me to sign a waiver to being underinsured, despite the 10s of thousands of dollars I have spent for insurance services over the years! I would suggest anyone that is currently a policy holder to review their policies and make decisions accordingly. It took all of $7 extra dollars/month to get my policy that covered fully."
