"I was calling your office on Tuesday around 5:30pm but everyone was busy. I was going to call back on Wednesday but I received a call back from your office and it was Edmir, I was thankful and surprised because in other occasions no one has return the call when I have called several times. Edmir talk to me that day he text me on Wednesday that he wanted to talk about my options but he was not feeling well and I ask him if we could talk on Thursday so he could get some rest . I’m give a 10 to Edmir because even though he was not feeling well he still wanted to help me , today Thursday he call me we talk about my options about some discounts and since I can take advantage of that I just ask him to change my coverage on one hevicle and he did.
